These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

The information contained on this website is not intended to be used by anyone less than 18 years of age and we do not contract with anyone under that age. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are over the age of 18, further, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept the Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relationship between you and us. These Terms and Conditions shall not be altered, modified or varied unless expressly agreed in writing by us.

The information on our website does not constitute a formal offer by us to sell Goods to you. Your order is an Offer to buy the Goods from us. Automatic confirmation of receipt of your Order does not constitute a Contract between us. A Contract for the Sale of Goods shall only arise on the despatch of our written confirmation of acceptance of your Order or the despatch of the Goods to you, whichever is the later and nothing within our website shall constitute a representation, warranty statement or guarantee that the goods shall be fit for any purposes not specifically made known to us by you.

The prices quoted may be subject to revision by us in the event of any increases in the cost of manufacture before the date of despatch of Goods to you. We also reserve the right to amend the price for the Goods in any sale, before despatch arising where a pricing error has occurred either in favour of ourselves or you. In these cases we will contact you to notify you of the variation and you have the right either to proceed at the amended price or to end the transaction, within 5 days of our contacting you.

The price of the Goods shall include all packaging, insurance and administrative charges but does not include delivery charges which are in addition to the price and will be charged on the basis calculated on the purchase screen according to the weight of items sold and their destination.

Payment
All prices are in GB £ sterling. Payment is accepted by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Switch. We also accept cheques drawn on a UK Bank. We are entitled to present your cheque or credit card details to our Bank before despatching Goods to you and may delay despatch of Goods until after funds have cleared into our credit card account or bank account. Title and ownership in the goods shall not pass to you, and shall remain exclusively with us until such funds have cleared. Risk in the goods, however shall pass upon despatch of the goods to you.

Delivery
We will try to arrange for delivery of all Orders within seven working days within EU countries and within twenty-one days for the rest of the world. However, due to the individual nature of many of our products there will be times when a longer wait is necessary.

Our products are specialist products which are manufactured utilising traditional techniques that have been developed over many years. On occasion, these manufacturing techniques may cause delays in our production that are beyond our control. We reserve the right to revise delivery dates in the event of circumstances beyond our control. However, you the customer will be notified immediately of any delay to the anticipated delivery time. If you choose to cancel your order, a full refund will be given, less the cost of any reasonable cancellation charges.

Returns
If, on receipt of the Goods, you are dissatisfied with their quality or the Goods arrive damaged then you must advise us within 5 days in the form indicated on our website. In the event of the Goods being damaged we may ask you to return or retain the Goods until after any Insurance Claim is settled. If you return undamaged Goods in as new condition, then upon receipt, we will refund the price of the Goods (but not the cost of returning them to us). If the Goods are damaged in transit/delivery we will return your payment plus the cost of returning the Goods to us. We will replace such damaged goods with replacement goods or a refund at our discretion.

Taxes and Duties
All goods are sold in accordance with any applicable UK laws or regulations relating to surtaxes or VAT.

Customers outside the UK or EU are responsible for the payment of all local Duties and Taxes including Import Duties (whether local to you or otherwise) if applicable.

Data Protection
We will not give out, sell or rent information about you to any other Company or Supplier without your permission. Your details will not be used by us or forwarded by us to any third parties for the purposes of unsolicited marketing.

We shall be entitled to vary or cancel any Contract with you, if necessary, through force majeure, war, strike, lock-out, fire, flood, tempest, or any other cause beyond our control, or if we are unable, for any reason, to obtain the Goods needed to perform our contract with you, and we shall not be responsible in any way to you for the inability to deliver any Goods caused by such contingencies nor shall we be responsible for any losses and costs whether direct and/or indirect.

Whilst we make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the website we cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for viruses and thus you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from this website.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. These terms do not affect your statutory rights unless specifically stated.
